- Bookings made prior to signing up to the MasterKey loyalty community are not eligible for Coins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Discounted bookings made with promocodes are not eligible to accumulate Coins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Cancellations within 24hrs prior to check-in or no-shows on redeemed stays will forfeit the rewarded Coins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Coins cannot be redeemed for cash.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Loyalty Coins cannot be redeemed for same-day reservations (minimum 24hrs ahead).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
